NOTES:
- All Rates quoted are In USD and can be paid in Pesos at the exchange rate established on the date of payment.
- Members will be responsible for any bank fees associated with wire transfers.
- Members who pay dues Bi-annually will pay the published annual rate in two equal payments. One in January and one in July.
- Members who prepay the full annual dues no later than Jan 10th of each year will receive 4 Golf Guest passes that are to be used during the same Calendar year.
- Since no amenities are available other than Golf in 2018, once amenities like the Beach Club, Tennis and fitness are operational, Social dues will increase accordingly.
