Spanning 2,000 acres and three miles of pristine beachfront, and bordering a protected nature reserve, Puerto Los Cabos is uniquely positioned in the picturesque community of La Playa, just five minutes from historic downtown San José del Cabo, and serves as the gateway to the East Cape.

At its heart lies a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly marina village, envisioned as a cultural epicenter and adventure hub. Designed in collaboration with some of the world’s leading planners—EDSA, Bjarke Ingels Group, Intrawest–Playground, Design Workshop, Alberto Kalach, and Manuel Cervantes—the master plan brings intention, creativity, and legacy into every detail.
